The room block expiration date is the deadline for teams to book within the reserved block. Here's what changes at each stage.
Before the expiration date
Rooms in the block are available to book at the group rate.
You can make changes or cancellations according to the hotel's cancellation policy.
On the expiration date
Any rooms in the block that haven't been reserved are released back to the general inventory at 11:59PM EST.
After the expiration date
Return to the booking link to see if rooms are still available at the hotel.
If no rooms are available, ask your team manager to block additional rooms, or
