A room block reserves a set of hotel rooms at your event's group rate, so everyone on your team can book at the same hotel and stay together.
Here's how:
Log in and click “Available Hotels” from your homepage to open your event, or open the hotel booking link if you already have it.
Click View Rooms on your chosen hotel, pick your team (select a registered team, or click + Add a new team and enter a name), then click Select hotels.
Set the number of rooms for each room type and click Add to cart (repeat for more room types or hotels).
Click Review, name the block, and click Confirm block.
Copy the booking link and share it with your team.
